I am so happy to share these photos today. It just justifies all of the hard work I have been putting into everything. It makes me feel awesome to look back and see how far I have come in the past few months alone. I cannot wait to look back in another couple of months and see even more progress.
There is no perfect, but there is progress and as long as you’re going forward, that’s all that matters!

I am a HUGE believer in the power of the jump rope, so I figured today I would post a fantastic jump rope routine! Give it a go
10 Minute Jump Rope Routine
30 sec – Rope Swing (warm up)
60 sec – Running in place (while jumping rope)
60 sec – Two Foot Hop
10-30 sec – Rope Swing (rest)
120 sec – Running in place
30 sec – High Knee, Left Leg
30 sec – High Knee, Right Leg
60 sec – High Knee, Alternating (two on each side)
10-30 sec – Rope Swing (rest)
30 sec – Running in Place
30 sec – Crisscross (arms crossing over in front of body)
20 sec – Double Under (2 rounds of the rope underfoot per jump)
40 sec – Running in Place
20 sec – Double Under
40 sec – Jump Rope, Running in Place

What would you say is the secret to making a healthy lifestyle work?
Routine?
Accountability?
Forcing friends to do it with you?
Facebooking It?
My secret is to never put too much pressure on myself. The more pressure I feel to do a workout or to eat healthy, the worst choices I make. Pressure isn’t a lot of fun. So tell, how do you stay fit? Healthy? Happy?
