We have all different types of bodies, shapes and sizes and welcome them all. Whether this is your first class or you’re a vet, we promise either way we will make you sweat.

Jessica Anderson
Jes is a certified personal, boot camp and group instructor and has been training for just about seven months. She currently teaches boot camp style classes but cannot wait to work her magic in other areas of fitness as well. Her passion is in making everyone who comes into her class feel comfortable, work hard and have a good time. If you are looking for a fantastic motivator, a lot of fun, and hard workouts (ones she mostly makes up as she goes along) then Jes is your girl!
